Identity, Strategy, Design // Entegra

Entegra is a leading global purchasing organization with over $50 billion in buying power, proving to be a valuable procurement partner improving operational performance in key segments such as restaurants, lodging, golf, senior living, and healthcare.

Entegra was seeking a Creative Director to elevate an already established but under-leveraged brand by bringing stronger creative leadership, more cohesive storytelling, and a higher level of production across all touchpoints. The goal was to move beyond static or fragmented marketing into a more dynamic, video-forward content ecosystem that could better engage clients and reflect the scale of the business. This role also required building and mentoring an in-house creative team to increase speed, consistency, and creative output, while establishing a scalable system for producing high-quality brand assets. Ultimately, the need was to modernize the brand expression, strengthen emotional resonance, and ensure every piece of content met a higher, more cinematic standard aligned with enterprise-level expectations.

CONTENT & Brand

The Problem: Entegra’s content was falling flat, relying on outdated templates and legacy design systems that didn’t feel compelling, modern, or differentiated enough to reflect the scale and ambition of the brand.

The Solution: Bringing in fresh creative direction to reimagine the content approach- introducing new ideas, elevating design beyond static templates, and pushing into higher-production assets like dynamic visuals and video. This included establishing more modern visual systems, building a stronger creative foundation, and laying the groundwork for a more cohesive, high-impact content engine.

Advertising

The Problem: Entegra’s advertising efforts were heavily reliant on SEO-driven channels, with minimal investment in creative advertising. This resulted in limited brand storytelling, low visual differentiation, and an over-index on performance tactics without exploring broader audience engagement.

The Solution: Expanding the advertising strategy beyond SEO by introducing a more diversified, creative-first approach- testing new channels, formats, and messaging to better understand audience response. This included pushing creative boundaries in both design and copy, iterating on what resonated visually and verbally, and building a more balanced acquisition strategy that blended performance marketing with brand-driven creative experimentation.

DYNAMIC CONTENT

The Problem: Entegra lacked an in-house video production capability and relied heavily on external advertising agencies, resulting in inconsistent creative direction. As a result, video content often felt generic, misaligned with the brand, and ineffective at fully communicating value or driving engagement.

The Solution: Building an in-house video production function to establish stronger creative control and consistency, while significantly expanding the range of video outputs. This included developing dynamic content across long-form storytelling, customer case studies, video-based proposals, and performance-driven advertising assets creating a more flexible, cohesive, and strategically aligned video ecosystem that could support both brand and demand generation needs.
